The power of Self-Love

Self-love is what changes your life. The more you love yourself, the more your life transforms.
Growing up, I faced trauma on many levels, leading to anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, and PTSD. I set out to love myself more and to do so i knew that I needed to heal my trauma.
Then I found out about a trauma training program, where I could heal others trauma and my own. So I enrolled in the trauma training program and have continued to do many trainings and programs to expand my knowledge and increase my ability to love myself.
Healing is vital, even if you don't recognize past trauma. Being raised in an environment where expressing feelings wasn't encouraged can in itself be traumatic.
Many of us weren't taught self-love because our parents didn't know how to teach it. They likely struggled with their own self-love issues due to generational trauma, passing down limiting beliefs and emotions.
If you've felt unseen, unheard, or misunderstood, you probably have limiting beliefs and emotions that are affecting how you love yourself. What I really want to let you know is, you deserve to be seen, to be heard, to be understood, and to have love, abundance, and the life of your dreams.
